WARRANTY INFORMATION
Thank you for selecting a product from Imperial Doors, LLC. Imperial Doors follows a unique made-to-order manufacturing philosophy. The product you have purchased is built according to your specifications, with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Imperial Doors is committed to making quality products at the best value. Imperial Doors is also committed to standing behind its products, with responsive service and a detailed warranty. The terms and conditions of Imperial Doors’ warranty are set forth below.

Limited Warranty
Subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations that follow, Imperial Doors warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of manufacture. Imperial Doors’ obligation under this warranty shall be limited to, at its option, repair of, provision of replacement for, or refund of the original purchase price of, any covered product or part which it determines to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service. Decisions as to whether to replace, repair or refund shall be made by Imperial Doors, in its sole discretion. If replacement is elected, Imperial Doors will not be responsible for installation or refinishing of replacement parts.

Returns:
All our products are manufactured as custom. Merchandise can not be returned without first contacting Imperial Doors L.L.C. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. All claims for defective merchandise, billing errors, etc. must be made in writing within 14 days from date of arrival.

Conditions and Exclusions
Imperial Doors is not responsible for or makes no warranty as to:
1. Product failure, loss or damage due to:
Normal wear and tear
Improper storage, handling, installation, finishing, use, modification or maintenance
Structural settlement or movement, vibration, excessive localized heat, high moisture environments, or water
Acts of God
Acid rain or other corrosive elements.
Doors larger than 8’ tall or 3’6” wide (wood doors only)
Doors which have not been properly sealed on all six sides within 14 days of delivery, including the top and bottom edges of the door. (wood doors only)

2. Cost or loss from:
Products that have not been paid for in full
The purchase, damage, repair or replacement of non-Imperial Doors products
Abuse or misuse

3. The following items or products, whether or not obtained from Imperial Doors:
Glass
Weather stripping
Finish weathering
Threshold
Interacting parts not recommended by Imperial Doors

4. Installation of its products, including, but not limited to, labor charges

5. Minor imperfections in the product, such as:
Variations in wood grain or color (wood doors only)
Warpage of 1/4" (6mm) or less (wood doors only)
Inadequate overhang. Adequate overhang depends on the typical weather of the site where the building is located, but typically means an overhang projecting a distance away from the door at least equal to one-half the elevation difference between the bottom of the door and the base of the overhang structure. 

The express warranty set forth herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. all such other warranties, to the extent permitted by law, are hereby disclaimed and excluded by imperial doors. any implied warranties, which are not excluded hereby, due to operation of law, are limited in duration to the period of coverage of the express warranty provided herein. the remedies set forth above (including claims based on breach of warranty, contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise) are the sole and exclusive remedies provided hereunder, and imperial doors shall not be liable for costs of shipping, applicable taxes or any other indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the payment of any costs or expenses of disassembly, removal or reinstallation of any product or part, including, without limitation, any costs or expenses relating to painting, staining or any other activity necessary in finishing the reinstallation or damage or loss to other property.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of any implied warranties not excluded hereby due to the operation of law, may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion of incidental and consequential damages may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state

The limited warranty set forth herein is the only express warranty (whether written or oral) applicable to Imperial Doors’ products, and no one is authorized to modify or expand this limited warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim
Claims under this limited warranty must be made in writing as soon as practicable after discovery of the defect and during the warranty period and prior to the beginning of any repair work to: Imperial Doors Warranty Claims, 2921 S. Old Missouri Road, Suite 3, Springdale, AR 72764. Any warranty claim will not be considered to be properly made unless it is sent in writing directly to Imperial Doors.
Please provide the following information in the written warranty claim:

(a) Your name, address and telephone number.

(b) A description of the product for which the claim is being made.

(c) The date the product was purchased (or approximate date if exact date is not known).

(d) The nature of the product complaint.

Imperial Doors reserves the right to have any Imperial Doors product, alleged to be defective, inspected by an Imperial Doors representative.
